Ben Pacheco earned his Business Management degree from LSU, began his career in fluid power and launched a 24/7 mobile hydraulic service at 26. He spent the next nine years building Core Hydraulics and completed that chapter in 2026.
Through Core, Ben was introduced to home services and became interested in the systems that help service companies communicate clearly, create consistent experiences and follow through for customers. Roofing offered a meaningful opportunity to apply those lessons to one of the most important decisions a homeowner makes.
